This place is a hidden gem! The peaceful overflow pool overlooking the lake was the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon. I especially loved the free kayaks to paddle around and soak in the fine nature. The views from our room were amazing. It seemed like our own private paradise with minimal distractions.

The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. It offers exceptional services. Freeway is close to the hotel, secluded location. There is a small in-house restaurant;))

We had a very lovely 3 nights stay. The staff was very very helpful and exceptionally polite can provide additional tips. The location was stunning and absolutely gorgeous for traveling around Bacalar, very close to the hotel's restaurant and the jungle. We truly enjoyed this property and would like to stay longer when in Bacalar.

Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations. The service was distressing. It seemed like they completely ignored our needs . We faced issues with the food menu being limited and overpriced, and the noise from nearby activities kept us up at night.

Peaceful accommodation, very very helpful staff, unbeatable location right by the lake. A nice size rooms with a minibar, climate control and a personal safe, etc. Big beds and nice bathroom...

The double room was beautifully maintained with bathroom, drinking water, as example and the location was stunning and unbeatable. All the staff members were attentive...

Couples seeking tranquility

We really loved the tranquility of the place! The staff was fantastic, especially this one guy Victor, he made sure we felt right at home, always chatting with us and checking if we needed anything. The food was just delicious and had a nice variety, didn't need to go anywhere for meals, they got everything we wanted.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but definitely worth every penny.

I really enjoyed every detail about my lovely 3 nights stay here. the location was absolutely gorgeous and beautiful for Bacalar, not far from the taxi to town, the hotel's restaurant, and Khaban. - the room included amenities such as air conditioner, a safe, and a minibar. - I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Convenient location near the highway, really liked it 😊.

The Relaxing Bed: The bed at this hotel was like sinking into a cloud, perfect for those who love a soft, comfortable sleep. It was so cozy that I felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow!

Limited Seating: Only two chairs on the deck for four people was a bit inconvenient.
